Service Description
Hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy that involves the use of heated stones placed on the body, as well as the therapist using the stones as tools to perform massage techniques. The stones are typically smooth, flat stones that are heated to a specific temperature and then applied to the body or used to apply pressure and friction during the massage. The combination of heat and massage techniques can provide a unique and deeply relaxing experience for the recipient.
Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. You will be liable for the full cost of a session if you fail to attend an appointment without giving enough cancellation notice as above. If you need to cancel your appointment at short notice due to Covid-19-related symptoms, a long-term medical condition that varies daily, or because you are pregnant, we are happy to review the cost of your treatment on a case-by-case basis. Late Arrivals It is important to keep to the agreed appointment time and duration. We appreciate that you may sometimes arrive a little late or need to leave earlier than planned. This is fine, but we cannot compensate for the missed time by overrunning or adding time to subsequent appointments.
