'Wisana'
Wisana comes from a combination of my surname, "Wisarn" and the word "asana" from the practice of yoga. Asanas are yoga poses that promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, and I believe that they are an essential component of a holistic approach to health and wellness. By combining my surname with the concept of asanas, I created the name "Wisana" to reflect my passion for helping others achieve balance and harmony in their lives.
My Journey
My passion for wellness began when I was a child growing up in a rural village in Phang Nga, Thailand.
I have vivid memories of walking on my mum's back to release the tension in her body after a long day of work on the farm. Traditional Thai massage involves using many parts of the body, such as feet, elbows, hands, thumbs, arms, and knees, to apply pressure and relieve tension.
I was fascinated by the power of touch, even if it was just the power of my own feet at the time! Those early experiences sparked my interest in the healing arts, and I've been exploring different modalities ever since.

Years later, I moved to London on my own and faced numerous challenges trying to fit in and make a living. The stress and overwork began to take a toll on my health, but then I discovered yoga. Yoga helped me find balance, joy, and a sense of nurturing for my body and mind. I've been practising since 2014 and have trained extensively in various styles, despite not having a background in dance, gymnastics, or ballet. My passion for yoga led me to become a certified instructor in 2017.
During the pandemic, I noticed that many people close to me were struggling with weight gain and poor diets. This realization inspired me to become a personal trainer and help others feel confident and good about their bodies. I believe that everyone deserves to feel healthy and happy, and I'm passionate about empowering others to achieve their wellness goals.
